What's new? What's happening lately? Just finished some new stuff. Take a peek. i have a great mosaic art partner, Lea Samuel. Our current project is mosaicing each other's sarcophagi because we aren’t getting any younger, ya know?

The Book of Indi
When my second grandson turned one recently, I decided to make him a book about his arrival here on Earth and how much he is loved. There are no toys, no things that he needs or wants really (like most kids in our little bubble). I’m sure he didn’t care a bit about the book, nor did he care much about his birthday except for the Smash Cake. But one day I’m hoping the little Book of Indi will mean something special to him. In the meantime here it is…

Won Gold at SCBWI International Conference in NYC
Good way to start the NEW YEAR! Us winners of the 2025 SCBW Portfolio Showcase in New York City this January. Not sure about the other three, but I was in a little shock. That’s me on the far left with the GOLD award. A very cool experience. And to think i went just to have a week in New York City. Love it there.

Wylder Hayes Hamilton born September 5, 2021. Perfection. That’s all I can say about him. And owner of too many stuffies made by his grandmother. Oh well, he can open a shop when he’s a little older.
