I do believe that most dogs I've met innately embody the Scout Law except maybe one: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty (?), Brave, Clean and Reverent.  At least I know my dog is on his way to Eagle scout and he didnt vote for Trump.
